Tuesday, May 16; Community Bike Ride to Apple Blossom Brewing
Meet at 6pm @ Fossil Cove for a brewery tour from our Head Brewer and Founder, Ben Mills. He’ll go over the brewing process and show you the ins and outs of the Fossil Cove facility! Then we’re hopping on our bikes and headed to Lake Fayetteville with a stop at Apple Blossom Brewing Co. for a pint and brewery tour before we head back to Fossil Cove. Riders will receive a pint discount at Fossil Cove following the ride.

Thursday, May 18; Cellar Party
We’re digging into the cellar to bring you our favorite creations from the last year. Buy a cellar combo for $30 and receive a commemorative 7oz glass and 4 pours of your choice from the cellar menu. Available beers include: ODB, Wine Barrel Chocolate Stout, Orange Cream, Barleywine 2016 and 2017, Black Gose and more. The Cellar Party is one of our favorite events of the year and allows us to explore and get reacquainted with some of our most unique creations.
Friday, May 19; T-Rex on Peaches Release
The third release in the Evolution Series, the T-Rex on Peaches, is available on draft and 750ml bottles to go. $17/bottle. The T-Rex on Peaches is a blend of the T-Rex Tripel aged in bourbon and red wine barrels with 70+lbs of fresh Ozark peaches added to each barrel. Notes of candied peach, vanilla, bourbon, red wine and oak blend for a delightfully complex experience.
